Enjoying a peaceful, secluded situation within the Parc Royale, River Tilt Leisure Park in Blair Atholl this recently refurbished lodge offers superb self-catering holiday accommodation. Sinclair Lodge is surrounded by a large, raised decking area with fabulous views over the River Tilt and heather clad hills beyond. Sleeping 2-6 the lodge is immaculately presented and is the perfect base for a holiday in highland Perthshire.

Accommodation comprises:

Light and airy open plan living / dining room with feature stove, TV, DVD, large comfy sofas and dining table seating six. French doors open out onto the private raised deck.

Very well equipped kitchen – Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Two twin bedrooms, both with generous storage.

Family bathroom

Pretty master bedroom with en-suite shower room and ample storage.

 

Central heating and double glazing throughout ensures guests are cosy all year round.

Outside:

Large, raised deck area with charming views of the river and hills beyond.

Private parking space adjacent to lodge.

 

Electricity is by token meter (50p coins)  - first £10.00 of electricity is included.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £75.00 will be required.

Sinclair Lodge guests have use of The River Tilt Leisure Park on-site facilities which include an indoor heated swimming pool, toddlers’ paddling pool, sauna, spa, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, (charges apply)  The popular on-site Loft Restaurant ( March - November ) includes a menu offering the best of local Scottish produce.

Numerous outdoor activities are available within walking distance of the lodge including fishing, cycling and pony trekking (bike hire is available in the village). Nearby Blair Castle offers endless walking routes and beautiful formal gardens. Blair Atholl has a mainline train station, shop, pub and café at The Watermill – a fully restored working watermill. The popular highland town of Pitlochry is a 15 minute drive and is home to the famous Festival Theatre in The Hills, Dam and fish ladder. For shopaholics The House of Bruar is just four miles further north.

  1. Home From Home Perthshire- act only as agents for the owners of Highland Perthshire, Scotland, self-catering holiday cottages featured on its website. The hiring contract is between the holiday maker & the Perthshire self-catering cottage owner. The receipt of a signed booking form/e-mail confirmation and/or payment of the non- refundable deposit is deemed to be a firm booking and it is assumed that the hirer has read & agrees to the conditions as found on our website.
  2. If accepted the hirer becomes liable for the full remaining balance of the charges which are due seven weeks prior to the commencement date of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday.This includes short break cottage bookings. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the Agency regarding the self-catering cottage as being available for re-booking.
  3. In the event a Hirer cancels a confirmed self-catering cottage booking he/she remains liable for payment of the full cost of the holiday. Upon receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation from the Hirer, we will attempt to re-let the holiday cottage and if successful will make a full refund to the hirer less an administration fee of £50 and any other expenses incurred in re-letting the holiday cottage.
  4. The number of persons occupying one of our Highland Perthshire self-catering cottages must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated in the cottage details. Holiday home owners reserve the right to end occupancy of their Scottish self-catering cottage without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
  5. The hirer is fully liable for the condition of the self-catering cottage and its contents for the period of their holiday (fair wear & tear excepted). The hirer will make good any damage or loss & leave the self-catering cottage & its contents in a clean & orderly condition. The individual who signed the booking form will be held responsible for the hiring party.
  6. Comprehensive conditions and restrictions applying to each of our Scottish Highlands self-catering cottages (e.g. good housekeeping deposits, limitations on pets, children, short breaks etc) will be stated in each individual holiday cottage description & form part of these Hiring Terms & Conditions.
  7. Owners reserve the right to refuse to hand over occupancy of their self-catering cottage to any person/s that in their opinion, is not appropriate to take charge.In this eventuality hire charges will be refunded in full & the liability of the owner shall cease. Without prior consent properties are not available for hire to single sex groups, stag / hen parties.
  8. If an owner is prevented , due to situations beyond their control, (e.g. fire damage, flood, drought or the interruption of utility supplies),from putting their self-catering cottage at the disposal of the Hirer, the hire charge shall be refunded in full but the Hirer shall have no further claim against the owner.This includes short break bookings of hoilday cottages
  9. Home From Home Perthshire have taken every care to ensure the correctness of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday cottages descriptions and all information is given in good faith and deemed accurate, but the Agency cannot be held responsible for changes beyond their control or be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of the owner resulting in loss, injury or accident caused to the Hirer.
