This immaculate, ground-floor apartment is located within the popular Muirton area of Perth,  well-placed for access to all local amenities. 

The vibrant city of Perth has a superb range of shopping, artistic, cultural and leisure facilities including award winning restaurants, bars and in its heart Perth Concert and conference Hall, a modern and elegant space that houses a diverse programme of concerts, performances and contemporary art.

The apartments convienient location allows easy access to the main bus and rail stations as well as to the outer-ring motorway network, providing easy commuting to Edinburgh, Glasgow, the central belt and further north to Inverness and the highlands.

Occupying a peaceful location set back from the road, this generous apartment enjoys ample natural light. The fresh contempory decoration throughout with timber effect laminate flooring to the living area creates a comfortable  self-catering base, a relaxing alternative to a hotel room.

Accommodation comprises:

Spacious and bright living room with large feature window, TV with DVD and Virgin Media package.

Newly installed kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, upright fridge-freezer and dining table.  

The two good-sized  bedrooms are carpeted and both enjoy a pleasant outlook as well as built-in double wardrobes. 

The modern family bathroom includes bath with electric shower over and chrome heated towel rail.  

Outside a communal garden to the rear includes a  fenced off area with drying lines and easy access to the riverside footpaths. To the front of the property is a communal lawn and ample off-street parking.

All heating and electricity is inluded.

Bed linen and towels are supplied.

Our office hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 3.00pm Saturday.

A 25% deposit secures your holiday with the balance payable 7 weeks prior to the start of your stay.

22 Gilsay Place, Perth Terms & Conditions

  1. Home From Home Perthshire- act only as agents for the owners of Highland Perthshire, Scotland, self-catering holiday cottages featured on its website. The hiring contract is between the holiday maker & the Perthshire self-catering cottage owner. The receipt of a signed booking form/e-mail confirmation and/or payment of the non- refundable deposit is deemed to be a firm booking and it is assumed that the hirer has read & agrees to the conditions as found on our website.
  2. If accepted the hirer becomes liable for the full remaining balance of the charges which are due seven weeks prior to the commencement date of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday.This includes short break cottage bookings. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the Agency regarding the self-catering cottage as being available for re-booking.
  3. In the event a Hirer cancels a confirmed self-catering cottage booking he/she remains liable for payment of the full cost of the holiday. Upon receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation from the Hirer, we will attempt to re-let the holiday cottage and if successful will make a full refund to the hirer less an administration fee of £50 and any other expenses incurred in re-letting the holiday cottage.
  4. The number of persons occupying one of our Highland Perthshire self-catering cottages must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated in the cottage details. Holiday home owners reserve the right to end occupancy of their Scottish self-catering cottage without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
  5. The hirer is fully liable for the condition of the self-catering cottage and its contents for the period of their holiday (fair wear & tear excepted). The hirer will make good any damage or loss & leave the self-catering cottage & its contents in a clean & orderly condition. The individual who signed the booking form will be held responsible for the hiring party.
  6. Comprehensive conditions and restrictions applying to each of our Scottish Highlands self-catering cottages (e.g. good housekeeping deposits, limitations on pets, children, short breaks etc) will be stated in each individual holiday cottage description & form part of these Hiring Terms & Conditions.
  7. Owners reserve the right to refuse to hand over occupancy of their self-catering cottage to any person/s that in their opinion, is not appropriate to take charge.In this eventuality hire charges will be refunded in full & the liability of the owner shall cease. Without prior consent properties are not available for hire to single sex groups, stag / hen parties.
  8. If an owner is prevented , due to situations beyond their control, (e.g. fire damage, flood, drought or the interruption of utility supplies),from putting their self-catering cottage at the disposal of the Hirer, the hire charge shall be refunded in full but the Hirer shall have no further claim against the owner.This includes short break bookings of hoilday cottages
  9. Home From Home Perthshire have taken every care to ensure the correctness of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday cottages descriptions and all information is given in good faith and deemed accurate, but the Agency cannot be held responsible for changes beyond their control or be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of the owner resulting in loss, injury or accident caused to the Hirer.
