Sleeping 2-4, Pine Ridge is situated within the beautiful wooded surroundings of the award winning Park Royale in Blair Atholl. This immaculately presented caravan enjoys an enviable elevated position which offers fabulous views over the River Tilt and heather clad hills beyond.

Accommodation comprises: one twin and one double bedroom with ensuite cloakroom, family bathroom (shower over bath) and open plan lounge (TV & DVD), dining area and very well equipped kitchen (gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge & freezer). Large french doors lead out on to the rasied deck which enjoys wonderful views over the River Tilt. In additional to the charming views the wooden deck area has table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. In cooler weather, the  central heating and double glazing ensures guests are warm and cosy, perfect for a night in relaxing after a day exploring the great outdoors.

Within the park is an indoor swimming pool with spa facilities and a well equipped gymnasium.

Blair Atholl lies in the heart of highland Perthshire, an area renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. Just north of Pitlochry, off the A9, it is the main route from Perth to Inverness.  The area is best known as the home of Blair Castle, the seat of the Duke and Earls of Atholl.  The village of Blair Atholl has many amenities including two village stores,mainline railway station, chip shop and superb Watermill cafe and bakery. 

Dominated by the imposing structure of Blair Castle, the seat of the Dukes of Atholl, Blair Atholl`s central location makes it ideal for exploring in all directions. For the outdoor enthusiast there are wonderful walks,endless mountain bike tracks in the surrounding countryside and excellent facilities for golf.

A 25% deposit secures your holiday with the balance payable 7 weeks prior to the start of your stay.

Pine Ridge, Park Royale, River Tilt Terms & Conditions

  1. Home From Home Perthshire- act only as agents for the owners of Highland Perthshire, Scotland, self-catering holiday cottages featured on its website. The hiring contract is between the holiday maker & the Perthshire self-catering cottage owner. The receipt of a signed booking form/e-mail confirmation and/or payment of the non- refundable deposit is deemed to be a firm booking and it is assumed that the hirer has read & agrees to the conditions as found on our website.
  2. If accepted the hirer becomes liable for the full remaining balance of the charges which are due seven weeks prior to the commencement date of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday.This includes short break cottage bookings. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the Agency regarding the self-catering cottage as being available for re-booking.
  3. In the event a Hirer cancels a confirmed self-catering cottage booking he/she remains liable for payment of the full cost of the holiday. Upon receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation from the Hirer, we will attempt to re-let the holiday cottage and if successful will make a full refund to the hirer less an administration fee of £50 and any other expenses incurred in re-letting the holiday cottage.
  4. The number of persons occupying one of our Highland Perthshire self-catering cottages must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated in the cottage details. Holiday home owners reserve the right to end occupancy of their Scottish self-catering cottage without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
  5. The hirer is fully liable for the condition of the self-catering cottage and its contents for the period of their holiday (fair wear & tear excepted). The hirer will make good any damage or loss & leave the self-catering cottage & its contents in a clean & orderly condition. The individual who signed the booking form will be held responsible for the hiring party.
  6. Comprehensive conditions and restrictions applying to each of our Scottish Highlands self-catering cottages (e.g. good housekeeping deposits, limitations on pets, children, short breaks etc) will be stated in each individual holiday cottage description & form part of these Hiring Terms & Conditions.
  7. Owners reserve the right to refuse to hand over occupancy of their self-catering cottage to any person/s that in their opinion, is not appropriate to take charge.In this eventuality hire charges will be refunded in full & the liability of the owner shall cease. Without prior consent properties are not available for hire to single sex groups, stag / hen parties.
  8. If an owner is prevented , due to situations beyond their control, (e.g. fire damage, flood, drought or the interruption of utility supplies),from putting their self-catering cottage at the disposal of the Hirer, the hire charge shall be refunded in full but the Hirer shall have no further claim against the owner.This includes short break bookings of hoilday cottages
  9. Home From Home Perthshire have taken every care to ensure the correctness of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday cottages descriptions and all information is given in good faith and deemed accurate, but the Agency cannot be held responsible for changes beyond their control or be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of the owner resulting in loss, injury or accident caused to the Hirer.
