Printemps Lodge is situated in a peaceful area of the River Tilt Leisure Park, slightly elevated above adjacent lodges. Completed in November 2016, this spacious and contempory lodge is tastefully furnished and provides superb self-catering accommodation. The large decking area offers wonderful views and enjoys sunshine most of the day. The lodge sleeps 2-6 and is pet friendly.

Accommodation comprises:

Living room - spacious open plan seating area including double sofa bed, electric stove, flat screen TV, radio, DVD player. French doors lead out onto decking.

Dining area - dining table seating six

Kitchen - spacious and well equipped with electric multi fundtion oven, a four burner gas hob, an integrated combination microwave with grill, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The living room area, dining area and kitchen have laminate flooring with large rug in the living area.

Master bedroom - with king size bed (5ft), wall mounted TV, sliding wardrobes and en-suite with walk in shower cubicle ( 2no shower heads, thermostatically controlled), shaver point, heated towel rail.

Twin bedroom - with twin 3ft beds, wall mounted TV and sliding door wardrobe. There are hair dryers in both bedrooms. A travel cot and high chair are available.

Family shower room  - with walk in shower cubicle ( 2no shower heads, thermostatically controlled), shaver point, heated towel rail.

Printemps Lodge is double glazed throughout. With gas fired central heating and combi boiler for hot water guests are ensured of feeling cosy all year round.

An external utility shed houses a washing machine. Please note there are 3 steps from the parking area up to lodge.

Printemps Lodge is ideally located for enjoying the outdoors with activites such as cycling, walking, fishing and pony treking all available nearby. Blair Castle and estate offers endless walking routes as well as charming formal gardens. The village of Blair Atholl has a mainline railway station ( Perth to Inverness) and is well served by both local and national bus companies. Also within walking distance of the lodge are the two village shops, Atholl Arms Bothy Bar serving bar suppers and local real ales, an excellent chip shop and a cafe. The vibrant highland town of Pitlochry is a 15 minute drive and offers a great variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Salmon Ladder, Dam and Festival Theatre are popular visitor attractions.

For an additional charge lodge guests have the use of onsite facilities which include a swimming pool with toddler pool, sauna, spa, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, beauty room and tanning studio. The Loft Restaurant provides an excellent menu full of local produce.

A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £75 ( £150 during festive weeks) will be required.

Wifi is available in the lodge

Pets welcome - £25 per pet ( max 1 large or 2 small breed)

All bedding and towels are supplied. Heating and electricity is included.

Strictly no smoking.

A 25% deposit secures your holiday with the balance payable 7 weeks prior to the start of your stay.

" Have just spent last week with my husband, 2 granddaughters and my dog at Printemps lodge at Parc Royal, River Tilt Holiday Park. The lodge is absolutely beautiful and everything you could think of has been catered for. It suited us perfectly as we needed to visit relatives in Murthly and Fortrose, but on the other days had a wonderful time in the lodge and Blair Atholl.   1. Home From Home Perthshire- act only as agents for the owners of Highland Perthshire, Scotland, self-catering holiday cottages featured on its website. The hiring contract is between the holiday maker & the Perthshire self-catering cottage owner. The receipt of a signed booking form/e-mail confirmation and/or payment of the non- refundable deposit is deemed to be a firm booking and it is assumed that the hirer has read & agrees to the conditions as found on our website.
  2. If accepted the hirer becomes liable for the full remaining balance of the charges which are due seven weeks prior to the commencement date of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday.This includes short break cottage bookings. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the Agency regarding the self-catering cottage as being available for re-booking.
  3. In the event a Hirer cancels a confirmed self-catering cottage booking he/she remains liable for payment of the full cost of the holiday. Upon receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation from the Hirer, we will attempt to re-let the holiday cottage and if successful will make a full refund to the hirer less an administration fee of £50 and any other expenses incurred in re-letting the holiday cottage.
  4. The number of persons occupying one of our Highland Perthshire self-catering cottages must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated in the cottage details. Holiday home owners reserve the right to end occupancy of their Scottish self-catering cottage without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
  5. The hirer is fully liable for the condition of the self-catering cottage and its contents for the period of their holiday (fair wear & tear excepted). The hirer will make good any damage or loss & leave the self-catering cottage & its contents in a clean & orderly condition. The individual who signed the booking form will be held responsible for the hiring party.
  6. Comprehensive conditions and restrictions applying to each of our Scottish Highlands self-catering cottages (e.g. good housekeeping deposits, limitations on pets, children, short breaks etc) will be stated in each individual holiday cottage description & form part of these Hiring Terms & Conditions.
  7. Owners reserve the right to refuse to hand over occupancy of their self-catering cottage to any person/s that in their opinion, is not appropriate to take charge.In this eventuality hire charges will be refunded in full & the liability of the owner shall cease. Without prior consent properties are not available for hire to single sex groups, stag / hen parties.
  8. If an owner is prevented , due to situations beyond their control, (e.g. fire damage, flood, drought or the interruption of utility supplies),from putting their self-catering cottage at the disposal of the Hirer, the hire charge shall be refunded in full but the Hirer shall have no further claim against the owner.This includes short break bookings of hoilday cottages
  9. Home From Home Perthshire have taken every care to ensure the correctness of their Highland Perthshire self-catering holiday cottages descriptions and all information is given in good faith and deemed accurate, but the Agency cannot be held responsible for changes beyond their control or be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of the owner resulting in loss, injury or accident caused to the Hirer.
