Arrlochaira is a spacious 3 bedroomed self catering home, just three miles from central Pitlochry, offering welcoming and flexible holiday accommodation in the heart of highland Perthshire. This much loved holiday home is ideally suited to families or small groups wishing to explore this beautiful area of Scotland. The Pass of Killiecrankie, National Trust for Scotland Visitor Centre & cafe are all nearby and there are wonderful walking & cycling trails straight from the doorstep. Within walking distance of Arrlocharia, Faskally Woods offers endless woodland paths to explore and in the autumn the forest is transformed by ‘The Enchanted Forest’, an impressive sound and light show. 
 
Accommodation is on two levels and comprises:

Impressive open plan living space with comfortable seating. A room flooded with natural light from the full height windows.
Large, well equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, range cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher). King size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Cloakroom with WC. Utility room with access to rear garden.
 
On the first floor ( via spiral staircase )

Outside the mature garden includes parking for up to three cars.
 
The bustling highland town of Pitlochry is a hugely popular tourist destination, conveniently situated just off the A9 between Perth and Inverness. The celebrated Pitlochry Festival Theatre (known as the 'Theatre in the Hills) offers a fabulous selection of plays and musical events. The adjacent Scottish Plant Collector's Garden, opened in 2003, features plants collected over 300 years by Scottish explorers. Pitlochry has two famous whisky distilleries which attract many visitors: Bell's Blair Atholl Distillery and Edradour Distillery, Scotland's smallest distillery. Pitlochry Hydro Power Station, Dam and newly opened visitor centre and cafe are well worth a visit. The pretty town of Blair Atholl ( 7 miles north of Pitlochry) sits at the southern gateway of the Cairngorms National Park and is home to Blair Castle, ancient seat of the Dukes of Atholl. Pitlochry`s central location means guests are perfectly placed for exploring the wild beauty of Loch Tummel and Loch Rannoch, while Edinburgh and Glasgow are both within easy reach for a day out.
