For outdoor enthusiasts the choice of activities available in this stunning area of highland perthshire is endless including white water rafting, bike tracks, bungee jumping, pony trekking, fishing, water sports, cycling and skiing at the slopes of Glenshee to name just a few.

Surrounded by some of Scotland`s most stunning scenery Pitlochry makes the perfect base for a holiday exploring Highland Perthshire.

Walkers will find plenty to occupy them, with walking straight from the door and there are several munros and corbetts within easy reach. For those looking for a real challenge there is also the impressive Ben Lawers (28 miles) to tackle, the highest mountain in the southern part of the Highlands
