"We had a lovely 4 day holiday over new year again. We have used Yeomans House many times and its a great base for the Pitlochry new year celebrations. Very comfortable, quiet location. Good access to woods & lock. Dog friendly enclosed garden. Short walk to bustling town. Highlights The Old Mill restaurant, The Pitlochry Highland Night, with pipe bands & Scottish dancing. Distillery visits.

This was the second time I stayed at The Bank so I guess that says something. It's a wonderful location to explore this area of Perthshire and the Cairngorms.


July 2026
There were a few unexpected highlights. The Highland Night at the recreation ground on Monday nights was a surprise for us. A Pipeband, dancers and entertainment for toe-tapping and clapping (an outside entertainment so dogs welcome). We also discovered Menzies Castle near Aberfeldy. A very authentic and unspoiled piece of Scottish history.
