" We had a lovely stay in Auld Smiddy Cottage. The history of the house is clearly explained and artefacts and pictures give a taste of the smiddy. The house is comfortable with everything you could need. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the garden, relaxing to the soothing sound of the stream. The bedrooms were bright and spacious. " This was our second visit to Ruggles and we once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ruggles is a well equipped accommodation with a period feel to the main room, high ceilings and circular stair al add to this with the fireplace and large stove setting of the room and offering a lovely central feature and indeed warmth in the winter months. We enjoyed our cosy setting with the views from the large windows across the burn to the trees and sky beyond. "

" We had a lovely 4 day holiday over new year again. We have used Yeomans House many times and its a great base for the Pitlochry new year celebrations. The new year dancing and music on the main street on New year’s day is always fun. Great restaurants and bars near at hand always have a wonderful atmosphere. "
