Walks directly from the cottage available so you don't have to drive, plenty of activities in the local area. Local shops for food available in Pitlochry. Highlights - The location of the property and the spectacular views over the adjacent and surrounding hills were an ideal location. Walking up Ben Vrackie gave a great view. Visiting Dunkeld and sitting in the cathedral grounds was a great day out. "

"We loved the location of Ruggles Cottage, being able to go for walks straight from the door. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We loved the garden and the sound of the stream beside it. great base for exploring the area. The weather was such that we could spend a few evenings in the garden watching the swallows and house martins darting about and feeding a couple of their young that had not fledged yet. The resident deer in the field were lovely to view from a distance too. "

"Perfection! The Cow Shed is definitely a five-star accommodation with a beautiful pastoral view of mountains and sheep. The cottage itself was immaculate and of very high quality. My husband and I are very picky about cleanliness and peace and quiet, and the Cow Shed was perfect in this regard plus extremely beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. It is a perfect base for spending time in the Perthshire area and for taking longer day trips with the perk of returning to the Cow Shed for a relaxing evening. We were a party of four and rented both Cow Shed and Cow Shed 2 and would return in a heartbeat! "

The Boating Station at Loch Faskally is great for breakfast, and we met up with the local friends there that we have met at Pitlochry over the years. We had a lovely time in Pitlochry and the surrounding area. 22 Lagreach Brae was the ideal spot within walking distance of the town. Faskally woods were a real bonus for walking the dog. The property was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds! Lots of places to eat in Pitlochry offering excellent food and good value for money.

The Bank is just as it looks in the photos - a beautiful place to stay. Super clean with everything you could ever need and more. It is in an excellent position for walking and exploring a large area of stunning countryside. Comfortable and spacious with top end fixtures and fittings. We would not hesitate in recommending it for a completely stress-free holiday.

Second time we have stayed here. Lovely location and the bungalow is very clean and modern with everything you need. Highlights - Shopping and eating out in pitlochry and other nearby towns; visiting Balmoral and Ballater and Atholl Castle.
