Idyllic, peaceful and close to the centre of Pitlochry for shops, restaurants, theatre etc. We enjoyed watching the red squirrel in the garden? and a tremendous week playing in the Pitlochry Golf Club Ladies Highland Open ...we have already booked the property again for 2027! "

"The garden is a brilliant asset, we loved spending time in it as did our dog. It's very private too and not overlooked. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a hoover, mop etc that we could use throughout our stay. "

"Good Morning Bea, just to let you know we had another wonderful 2 weeks at Roneval, plenty of walks from the door and further afield, such a super home from home. Lovely and quiet house, but easy walk into Pitlochry. Plenty of cafes and restaurants, can recommend the Golf Club, Escape Route Cafe (lovely Cullen Skink with a huge sandwich) & the Coffee Break (all very dog friendly), lovely view from the Boat House Cafe overlooking Loch Faskally {dogs outside only). "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Roneval and would definitely recommend it. It’s in an ideal location within a short walk of the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants of Pitlochry. The house was very clean and comfortable with great views, a lovely garden and plenty room for parking. In particular, the food at the Old Mill Inn and the ice creams from Scotch Corner were worth the visit. Also a trip to House of Bruar was great on a rainy day. There are lovely walks directly from the house and the exhibition centre at the Dam was very informative. Overall a great stay and would definitely return. "

"Hi Bea, we had a wonderful 2 weeks at Roneval again this year. Already booked for 2024. Such a warm & comfortable house & Beautiful gardens, plenty of parking. Enjoyed watching the Red Squirrel coming and burying his nuts in the garden. 2 Pheasants visited as well & a ginger cat. Lovely walks from the door upwards or level. Good food at the Golf Club, Escape Route café (both very dog friendly) The Boathouse (dogs outside only) but lovely view down the Loch. Nice walks from the main car park in Dunkeld and good food at The Athol Arms Hotel (also dog friendly). Lovely walk to Loch Dunmore (Charged parking now) and also around Loch Faskally to the Salmon Ladder & The Festival Theatre. "

"Hi Bea, Well, we thought it was a beautiful cottage in a very well placed location. Perfect for walking the dogs as you're only a short walk to the duck pond and onwards to Killiecrankie. Then when you're ready for a drink and some food it's only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Pitlochry. "

"What a lovely place to stay! We enjoyed a great family pre-Christmas break here. The house is really spacious, with more room than even the photos suggest. Heating is great and decor really modern and cosy. Bedrooms comfy and bathrooms really nice. Everywhere was super clean and well equipped. Just a short walk into Pitlochry town centre. "

The house was lovely, we have stayed in the one next door before and they are both superb it is in a very very lovely location with a nice easy walk through the woodland at the back of the property to get to town.

Our second visit and it was a lovely relaxing break. Beautiful accommodation with an amazing view. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could need. Lovely hosts too!

A lovely place right by the loch and amazing walks - and just 5 minutes walk into town. Perfect for a couple or with kids. Also, great WiFi and fine for remote working Couldn’t ask for more!
