"The cottage was perfect well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was so peaceful but yet only a very short walk into Pitlochry or in the other direction to the enchanted forest. The owners Rita and Kenny were very friendly and extremely helpful the fresh flowers ,wine and shortbread were a welcome touch. It was just perfect for me, my husband and Dexter the dog and we would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend the cottage to anyone. "

"This cottage was so charming! I stayed with my parents and we absolutely loved it! Birnam is an adorable, quiet town and we really enjoyed exploring/grabbing a bite to eat over in Dunkeld which was just a short walk away. The cottage is also right next to the train station and bus stop which was very convenient for traveling around since we didn’t have a car. We took the train up to Inverness for a day trip and down to Stirling the next day and both trips were quick with lovely scenery the whole way! The cottage itself was wonderful. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove, especially after a long day out in the cold and I loved the beautiful garden out back. "

"The Heathergems flat really is quite a nice place. Well located, convenient with lovely views of the hills opposite the river and all one would require while on holiday. The check in and out process was easy and replies to any questions or queries were quick and very helpful. Dear Bea, Thanks very much. We enjoyed our stay very much and the cottage was relaxing and ideal for our needs, being within walking distance of the shops and theatre, and well-placed for visiting many places in the area. There were beautiful walks a short drive away (Ben Y-Vrackie and the Loch Tummel circular to name a couple).

Hi Bea The cottage is lovely and is very well stocked with dishes etc. We didn’t use the fire but it looks brill. We will definitely be back as you are aware we have been in a few of your properties over the years and the intention is to be back again next year. Regards, Wilma

Faskally cottage was perfect. Ideal location - didn't move the car all weekend. Great having the bit of garden and access to the paths at the bottom. Will book again
