"A lovely cosy cottage with a perfect setting. We really enjoyed walking 10 mins into Dunkeld for dinner at The Atholl Arms and discovering all the local walks, like the Hermitage and the banks of the Tay to Birnam Oak. We saw ospreys at Loch of the Lowes and visited the Crannog centre. Loved coming back to the cottage and relaxing in front of the wood burner! Great wee escape! "

Especially I enjoyed the possibilites to ride a bike on forest roads and paths in and around Dunkeld. We rented bikes in Dunkeld. There are also plenty of opportunities to take photos both with and without the bike. "

"What a beautiful location and an amazing cabin, we had a wonderful stay. The wildlife watching will be missed when we return to the city, sitting out watching the birds, deer and the red squirrels has been so relaxing. The location is also perfect for stargazing, a couple of clear nights meant some amazing photos were taken of the starry skies. The cosy cabin topped off a lovely break. "

"We had a great time staying at Rocksite. It is one of the best hidden of the log cabins in the area, so you really do get a great deal of privacy to just relax. The cabin itself is very spacious and whether you are staying as a couple (as we were) or in a group there is loads of space in each of the numerous rooms. Even the toilets are roomy! And of course all the walls and ceilings are made of thick solid wood logs. Despite being off the beaten track the cabin had absolutely everything we could have wanted; all mod cons, good showers, heating throughout, wifi, plenty of power sockets and all the appliances you’d expect. "Fantastic roomy stylish house and exceptionally clean. Had a extra TV /kids room too. Decorated for Christmas for us with tree and quality table decorations. Lovely views from living/dining room & private big garden. Loads of Dvds to choose from and a few games. Well equipped for cooking a meal in. A 5 mins walk to the centre of Pitlochry. We had a lovely few days! "

We loved our stay at Roneval. Beautiful house and gardens. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely to see snowdrops in the garden too. Roneval is so convenient for walking along the shore of Loch Faskally to the Dam. Our dog loved this walk so much, we did this walk with her every day.

we had a lovely break at the Cow Shed. It has been very thoughtfully decorated with lots of nice touches, leather, tartan and tweed go so well with the building. Well equipped, and a lovely welcome package too, the cottages are perfectly placed for exploring beautiful green Perthshire and the view from the decking is wonderful.
