"Wow, what a stunning cottage and location! Feel very lucky to be the first to stay and write in this book. This is clearly a well-loved house which has been beautifully restored/rebuilt. We were also lucky with sunny weather and clear viewes- evenings spent on the bench outside just looking! Also enjoyed walking to Loch Bhac, climbing Schiehallion and swimming in Loch Tummel and Linn of Tummel. Would love to come again! Wildlife is amaging, in three days we spotted 46 bird species either walking from here or walking up Schiehallion or from Garry Bridge to Linn of Tummel. Also saw 4 mammals! Love the decor! "

"“We had a great long weekend at the Waterfall house. The house is very comfortable and cozy and we felt very much at home. It was clean and had all we needed. The location is fantastic and close to lots of beautiful walks (Munros as well as easier family walks). We took a beautiful evening walk to the loch (about 10-15minutes from the house). Sitting in the armchair by the window with a cup of tea and the view of the waterfall was priceless! Check-in and communication were very straightforward and we got all the info we needed and a good recommendation for fish and chips :) We surely recommend staying at the Waterfall House!” "

"Hi, We would just like to say that our holiday in Roneval from 19th September to 3rd October 2020, was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Plenty of Gel wash and wipes. Fantastic walks from the door, we only used the car twice in the fortnight. Lovely warm and clean house. Excellent location. Lovely views from the dining room to the hills. Fantastic little spot for reading my kindle next to the dining table. So good, we have booked another fortnight in 2021. Excellent coffee and scones at the Escape Cafe at the other end of town and lovely meal in the Golf Club (dogs allowed). Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Hi Bea We loved staying at Yeomans House…it had everything we could need…very clean and well stocked. We loved it that much we have booked again for next year. Great house…very spacious and in a great location. The best self catering holiday home in Pitlochry !

Very clean and comfortable house with an interesting history. . well equipped and nicely decorated. 2 bathrooms, one with an over- the- bath shower, the other with a walk-in shower. Dishwasher and washing machine. Nice outside space with picnic bench and a wee burn at the end of the garden. . 1 mile up the hill from Pitlochry town with easy parking just over the road in the local square. Food available in the pub next door.

Had a great stay, very private and peaceful. Travelled solo by motorcycle and the location was very secure and accessible for my bike. Must return in the future with my wife by car as it was a great place to stay. The bed was especially comfy & I slept well.
