An oasis of peace and quiet with a stunning view. The site was quiet during our visit and weather - heatwave. Having the river terrace has been a godsend. We loved the fact that the property is not overlooked and ideally placed for visits out. Everything in the lodge for a couple like us to self cater. This has got to be the most relaxing place in the world. We chose to stay in Cow Shed 2 because we have had a busy few years and really wanted to have a calming, restorative holiday. Cow shed 2 is the perfect place to do this. We had the perfect stay. The property is so cosy and beautiful. Steve and Kirsty have such warmth, you feel like old friends immediately. I love this place! Cannot recommend it enough.
