In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

A relaxing and comfortable stay in otter Lodge with weather better than forecast. Everything we could ask for in a holiday home and such a lovely outlook with river in spate and a variety of birds. Ducks doing their own thing. We will have no hesitation in recommending to friends A & D Dundee

We had a wonderful time. We had the chance to see so much wildlife, visited Blair Castle and enjoyed the stunning views from the deck. Have fallen in love with the lodge and will definitely be back!
