In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

Our first visit to Otter Lodge but hopefully not our last. Everything provided you could possibly need. Not our first visit to Parc Royale so know the area quite well and can definitely recommend Otter Lodge and the Parc. Ideally based to travel to different areas of Scotland. Fabulous setting and accommodation for a family celebration. Firstly our weather was fabulous not like Scotland at all so we made good use of barbecue facilities and garden both of which were excellent. All amenities in house were to a high standard.

Good afternoon Bea I just wanted to say what a thoroughly wonderful week we've had staying at The Bank. We've really enjoyed staying at such a beautiful home in such an amazing location. Susan has done a terrific job turning this into such a lovely holiday home. The facilities and quality on offer are second to none, from the bedroom to stunningly well equipped kitchen/bathroom. Everything has been thought of and provided and the welcome gifts were a wonderful little gesture. Extremely comfortable living area and really appreciated the thought in providing boosters for the internet in each room. Have stayed in many self catering cottages and this was definitely one of the best. Please pass on my genuine thanks to Susan for allowing us to stay in her beautiful home and feel free to use any of this as reference for other guests. Bernie Hayes
