In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

Lovely cottage and the sun room was a delight, opening into the garden in the sunshine. It’s really cosy and in an ideal location, central with a charming pub next door. We would highly recommend it.
Auld Smiddy Cottage
Thanks you for the warm welcome ( shortbread and wine !). We`ve seen a lot of times in Pitlochry and this cottage is one of the best we`ve ever stayed in ! It`s in a wonderful location, well equipped and everything is within short reach. Its been a real retreat and we`ve visited a lot. One of our favourites has been the Highland Folk Museum. There are so many things to see and do two weeks arent enough ! Thank you for the lovely stay in The Snug. Harald Ganski, Germany
