In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

A delightful spacious house down a quiet lane on the edge of town. Lots of easy parking with entrance directly into the kitchen vestibule so unloading a car is made simple. Bright, modern, open plan and tastefully decorated describes it best

It was very lovely staying here. Really enjoyed the riverbank and listening to the river at night. It let me have the best sleep I've had in a while. Will definitely stay here again when I get the chance. host is patient and friendly as were the locals. Food around here is delicious. Eden and Angel (USA)

Thanks for having us to stay, we really enjoyed our time at Middle Cardney Farm house. It suited our needs perfectly and gave great access to the surrounding area of Perthshire.
