In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

Dear Bea, We had a lovely break, the cottage was a very high standard, comfortable and well appointed. The weather was variable so unfortunately we did not get to have many evenings enjoying outside area however when we did it was very relaxing. We certainly hope to return in the future. * New for 2020 -Newly renovated this stylish and extremely comfortable home makes the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in Perthshire.
It was very wet when we were in Pitlochry and we were glad to we in such a warm snug house! 22, Lagreach Brae was a great place to stay and we would happily recommend it to others. It is in an ideal location not just for Pitlochry but for the surrounding area. The house is well equipped and clean our only slightly negative comment was that the kitchen window couldn’t be opened. We also found the information in the house was very helpful with regard to how everything worked, better than any other place we stayed in. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay there again.
