In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

Hello Bea & The Team, Thank you so much for sorting out our booking here, it's been absolutely fabulous!! And we will be back...The area is just so beautiful & needs more exploring. Schiehallion Cottage has been such a lovely place to stay as well. Ps we saw the Northern lights- was never expecting to see them in my lifetime, and there was an absolutely amazing display with last weeks solar flares!!! Amazing!!

We had a fantastic stay at Heather House; it is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully kitted out with everything you could need. We loved the 5* luxury towels, Egyptian cotton bedding, blankets, 55inch smart TV and beautiful Highland Soap Company toiletries. Perfect location to explore Pitlochry and Perthshire/Highlands.
