In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

A fantastic place to stay. The location is very well connected via the A9 but secluded enough to feel peaceful. The sun room dining area is particularly nice for eating as group in the evening watching the sunset.
Fantastic stay in a lovely area. The only downside was having to leave. We will definitely be back.

The only comment we have is that the house was stunning and a great location. It fitted our needs perfectly and we would certainly stay again. We will be passing the details to friends and family looking for a weekend away in Pitlochry. Regards, Iain
