In the event of a further lockdown, national or local, which prevents you from travelling to your reserved accommodation, you would be able to choose from either a postponement ( subject to availabilty and price) a credit note or refund of your booking less a £60 admin fee.
*Refunds cannot be given where a property is open and available for occupation. Refunds will not be given where you have been
advised to self-isolate as this is now an insurable risk.
*£10 Booking fee is non-refundable

Otter Lodge is located on the bank of the river. It was such a pleasure to wake up to the sound of the water. Everything in the house is so well organised that we could easily find everything we needed. The hosts have a lot of good tips for things to do in the neighbourhood, all folders well structured and a map. It a pleasure to stay at the Otter Lodge! Many thanks

Our second stay at this wonderful holiday home, and just as good as last time - perfect location for walks starting directly from the doorstep. The house was warm, clean and cosy and well equipped; the second bathroom is a definite bonus! We will definitely be returning....
