We had a great time staying at Rocksite. It is one of the best hidden of the log cabins in the area, so you really do get a great deal of privacy to just relax. The cabin itself is very spacious and whether you are staying as a couple (as we were) or in a group there is loads of space in each of the numerous rooms. Even the toilets are roomy! And of course all the walls and ceilings are made of thick solid wood logs. Despite being off the beaten track the cabin had absolutely everything we could have wanted; all mod cons, good showers, heating throughout, wifi, plenty of power sockets and all the appliances you’d expect. I was working in the area for a month and this lodge was the perfect place to come back to after a long shift. It is in a very picturesque area with many walks to do both in Blair Atholl and further on around Pitlochry
