Everything about the house and the welcome is 'generous'. Very high quality throughout. Lots of welcoming extras. We booked it for proximity to town and being dog friendly, but the best surprise bonuses were the brilliant access out the back gate to faskally woods and the lovely warm and high quality accommodation. Easy access to the local Parkrun was also a plus. We loved our stay and will definitely keep it in mind for another stay in Pitlochry.
North Shore
A beautiful cottage, clean environment throughout including bathroom, shower/toilets bedrooms and the kitchen/diner. Lovely setup in all the rooms, great combination of furnishings ( real home away from home) specious and well located in a quiet area. I was beautifully surprised as the pictures do not do the cottage justice. Great internet connection, local restaurants, amenities. For us it was centrally located and perfect for the areas that we were visiting (reasonable travel time to make day visits to part of the Highlands and to other Scottish cities and attractions.
Good Morning Bea, just to let you know we had another wonderful 2 weeks at Roneval, plenty of walks from the door and further afield, such a super home from home. Lovely and quiet house, but easy walk into Pitlochry. Plenty of cafes and restaurants, can recommend the Golf Club, Escape Route Cafe (lovely Cullen Skink with a huge sandwich) & the Coffee Break (all very dog friendly), lovely view from the Boat House Cafe overlooking Loch Faskally {dogs outside only).
