A perfect stay for us. Lovely location and extremely peaceful. A good walk down into town 10 to 15 mins. The sun room is absolutely perfect. Bathrooms are new and power showers. Beds extremely comfy. A truly wonderful place to stay. Thank you will definitely be back to stay.
Schiehallion Cottage
This cottage was so charming! I stayed with my parents and we absolutely loved it! Birnam is an adorable, quiet town and we really enjoyed exploring/grabbing a bite to eat over in Dunkeld which was just a short walk away. The cottage is also right next to the train station and bus stop which was very convenient for traveling around since we didn’t have a car. We took the train up to Inverness for a day trip and down to Stirling the next day and both trips were quick with lovely scenery the whole way! The cottage itself was wonderful. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove, especially after a long day out in the cold and I loved the beautiful garden out back.
Hollyhock Cottage
We stayed in Sinclair lodge in late July 2021 for a wedding at Blair Castle during a long weekend. The lodge is spacious, well-equipped and furnished, scrupulously clean and easily accommodates six adults. The village of Blair Atholl and castle are within walking distance and Pitlochry only a 15 minutes drive via Killiecrankie, with its visitor attractions.
