We had a great time staying at Rocksite. It is one of the best hidden of the log cabins in the area, so you really do get a great deal of privacy to just relax. The cabin itself is very spacious and whether you are staying as a couple (as we were) or in a group there is loads of space in each of the numerous rooms. Even the toilets are roomy! And of course all the walls and ceilings are made of thick solid wood logs. Despite being off the beaten track the cabin had absolutely everything we could have wanted; all mod cons, good showers, heating throughout, wifi, plenty of power sockets and all the appliances you’d expect. Beautiful family house in a perfect location ideal for a family holiday. The enclosed garden was great for our dog and the access from opposite the front of the house down to the waters edge. The second TV room upstairs was fantastic for our adult children to get some separate downtime. Also the study was handy for my husband to complete the jigsaws provided.! Ideal for visiting Pitlochry, Aberfeldy and Kenmore. Climbing Ben Vrackie was the highlight and visiting the Pitlochry Festival Theatre .
