What a view! What a lovely house! What a nice host! And being a few miles out of the way means that you get peace, serenity and privacy.
Second stay and really great house, quiet location, great for walking and cycling straight from the front door. Highly recommended home to spend a few days on a great location
Auld Smiddy Cottage
Dear Bea My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mayfield Loft and would be happy to return for a future visit. The apartment is very comfortable and has lovely views over the bowling green over the rooftops and onwards to the hills beyond. Its central location was very handy - it's a great base for exploring the town and the surrounding area.
