Lovely apartment with top quality and detail. Beautiful furnishings and crockery , lovely comfy bed and bedding. Stunning bathroom and kitchen ( love open plan with both dining table and comfortable sofas & massive TV . The flooring throughout is perfect , no need for slippers. Lovely private garden but we didn’t get a chance to enjoy as it was a wedding weekend but next time for sure. Goodies left too as in oatcakes , shortbread, tea, coffee, sugar etc I’d say this is a pretty perfect apartment in beautiful peaceful grounds in our favourite place in Scotland. We felt truly spoilt. This truly is a special cottage.. great location and being next to Moulin Inn was the icing on the cake.. I have already highly recommend to my friends. I hope to stay again!!
Auld Smiddy Cottage
Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. Your lodge is simply amazing. We came for 3 nights child free chilled out bliss and that is what we go! Waking up to the views and sounds of the river only added to the overall experience. Needless to say we will be back again. Karen and Steve
