We had a fantastic stay at Linfield and all the little extras, like candles and the basket of gifts made it feel very special, the house was beautiful and spacious, garden was lovely and peaceful just couldn't fault anything, we wished it was our house, didn't want to come home, location was perfect for shops, walks and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic holiday home. Spotlessly clean and appreciated the little extras. We really enjoyed the Queen's View, Newtonmore Folk Museum, Pitlochry Fish Ladder and the Dam and of course The House of Bruar- definitely worth a visit! Hope to come again soon, The Park Family

Immaculately presented and newly refurbished Linfield has been completely transformed and now offers  stylish and comfortable self-catering accommodation. The owners have spared no effort in its refurbishment and the result is a bright and welcoming house to which it is a pleasure to return to after a day out. Sleeping 2-6 this spacious, holiday home makes an ideal base for touring, walking, golfing and cycling, or just enjoying the many attractions this stunning region of Scotland has to offer.
Accommodation comprises:
On one level - entrance lobby, utility room with sink, washer dryer, fridge freezer plus ample storage for coats, boots and sports equipment.
Newly fitted, stylish and extremely well equipped kitchen ( gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) dining table seating six.

Large sitting room with elegant décor and furnishings, the generous triple aspect floods the room with light. Feature fireplace with gas living flame fire, ample comfy seating, Smart TV.
Sun porch with seating and access to the garden and patio area.
Double bedroom with ample storage and pleasant views of the garden, TV
Two further double bedrooms, both light, airy and beautifully dressed.
Each bedroom includes Egyptian cotton bed linen, quality towels, Summer / winter mattress,  bedside cabinets with integrated wireless chargers and hairdryers.
The family Bathroom with its double-ended bath and separate shower cubicle, heated towel rail and underfloor heating has obviously received just as much attention to detail as the rest of this delightful house.
The generous, well maintained  garden wraps around the house, whilst the patio area is ideal for alfresco dining, socialising and BBQs. With views over the town to hills beyond this a fantastic setting to enjoy the wonderful highland air. The large gravel driveway provides ample parking.
Additional storage for bikes, golf clubs and other sporting equiptment is available in the garage.

Covid-19 Guest information

Due to the Covid-19 movement restrictions our office hours during the lock-down period will be 10am-3pm.

We are keen to help with your enquiries and will respond as soon as possible.

Further to the announcement by the First Minister of Scotland on the 24th June, self-contained holiday accommodation with no shared services can open from the 3rd of July. The guidance advising people to travel no more than five miles for leisure and recreation will also be lifted from this date.

Please be assured that when our cottages do reopen our owners will be following the ASSC recommended Safety & Cleaning Protocols to protect our guests, owners & caretakers.
